Control Design
Mid-Western Processes, Inc. has been doing control
design for over 25 years. Control designs span the following variety of projects: welding
machines, automation and assembly machines,
 material handling, conveyors, process control, inventory
storage/retrieval and other specialty production machines. We design and build
custom control metal cabinets housing the Rockwell
Automation or Allen Bradley PLC's & I/O controllers to go with all out
industrial production line projects.

Mid-Western Processes, Inc. is involved in virtually all phases of metal finishing, including anodizing,
phosphating, pickling, electrocoat paint, resource recovery, electroplating, continuous
strip and tube plating, plating on plastics and chemical processing.

HLCS -hydrostatic
(Bubbler) level
control systems that are extremely accurate and unaffected by oils, foam and solids;
control panels;

"Barrel-Aire" connector system, which allows the running of rotating barrels and
racks in the same process line. The unit functions automatically and eliminates any
electrical hazards.

Large capacity metal finishing hoists,
available in load ratings up to 15,000 lbs. Standard features include variable frequency drives and dynamic braking for smooth
acceleration and deceleration. Large, double guide columns and lift
chassis mechanisms give rise to increased stability in operation.
Standard control systems allow monitoring and trouble shooting of
all switches and drives from the operator interface. |

Mid-Western Processes, Inc. offers engineering 2D and 3D
drawings for all our plant and electrical design projects. Our products and services
include the design and manufacture of finishing systems, Metal fabrications, effluent
waste management treatment systems, mechanical and electrical controls, robotic welding
and electroplating automation systems. Our CAD/Cam design and prototype fabrication
services allows us to work with clients from inception to customer buy-off.
Fabrication
Our facilities house a complete machine shop, and state of the art metal
fabricating and control panel & cabinet building capabilities Our design and
manufacturing engineers work as a team through the fabrication prototyping process to
ensure your equipment will be manufactured efficiently and to your specifications. Design
reviews are scheduled throughout the design and manufacturing process allowing you to
compare project specifications against development to date and to review the production
schedule.

sophisticated sheet metal components, production line equipment and electrical/control
