Hoists
With over two hundred hoists in operation, Mid-Western
Processes has the practical experience you are looking for. The systems
represent virtually all types of finishing systems from anodizing to
zinc plating, conversion coatings and electrocoat paint systems. The systems
use barrels, baskets, and racks. Hoist load capacities range from a few hundred pounds to
over 15,000 pounds, and production capabilities over 100,000 pounds per hour.

Standard features on our hoist
systems include variable frequency drives and dynamic braking for
smooth acceleration and deceleration. Large, double guide columns and
lift chassis mechanisms give rise to increased stability in operation.
Standard control systems allow monitoring and trouble shooting of all
switches and drives from the operator interface. Continuous
rotation ensures equal processing of every part.
We work with our
customers to design a flexible and efficient process using constraints
such as available floor space, jobs/tonnage per hour, environmental
hazards, maintenance schedule, ergonomics, and production tracking.
Mid-Western handles all aspects of production starting with process
design, machine design, component purchasing, system assembly and
installation, start-up calibration and de-bug through to final
production support. Customer input and review is an integral part
of every step in order to ensure complete satisfaction.
