MWP will provide you with custom metal fabrications, consistent part quality and unsurpassed customer service and technical support. From low volume prototype parts to high volume production, we manufacture complex plant production line equipment that require exacting tolerances to meet your critical specifications. Our precision craftsmen are also capable of providing hole sizes as small as 100 microns and can accurately position holes down to 1/2 micron.

Specialized CAD software is used during the fabrication, tooling and production line design which gives more predictable product quality and anticipates the production capabilities in ways that are impossible by manual means. We can troubleshoot the problems in existing tooling, control panels and production line systems.

Stampings: In addition to high tonnage, flat and formed parts, we also provide high speed, reel-to-reel stamping through local stamping plants. MWP is further positioned to aid customers with new product development with the prototype stamping of all types of metal parts. We can perform a host of stamping operations on prototype parts including: bending, forming, blanking, coining, trimming and profiling.

We can provide prototypes using a number of applications depending on assembly, testing, and size requirements. Many of the prototyping processes are so exact we use them as tooling masters, eliminating guesswork during the tooling process. To further support our prototyping, we have a on-site tool room and metal fabrication workshop. Our procurement department works with vendors worldwide to secure only the finest materials available at the most competitive price integrated into our production line systems. A first article sampling is made and tested to specifications submitted for client approval before we ever proceed to the full-scale production.
